Terms and Conditions

• Entry can be any time after 4.00p.m. on date of arrival to 10.00a.m. on date of departure.
  
• The Hirer is responsible for the condition of the property and its entire contents during the period of let. Any damage to furnishings or crockery shall be paid for at cost.
  
• The owners reserve the right to decline to hand over our property to any person who, in our opinion, is not suitable to take charge. In such cases all hire charges will be refunded in full.
  
• If we are prevented, because of circumstances out with our control, from putting our property at the disposal of the Hirer, all advance payments shall be returned in full, but the Hirer shall have no further claim against us.
